The plane is Silverplated, so it has a metallic silvery coating. It can be made in this version as well as in a 'normal' camouflaged version.

The Mitsubishi Zero fighter was known for the attack on Pearl Harbor in December 1941. The Model 32 was used in the summer of 1942 and featured superior high altitude performance and a high top speed. However, the planes were heavy, had small fuel tanks and a short wingspan, which limited the flight range.

Because of these shortcomings, only 343 'Model 32' aircraft were built. Because of this, Model 22 was designed in 1943 to correct the flaws of the previous model. This version had an 11-meter wingspan, less drag to increase speed to 420 mph, and new fuel tanks in the wings for greater flight range.
